Introducing the NipTuck Nurses HouseCall… All the benefits to
your practice but without the added overhead!
The HouseCall consists of a single visit to your patient in their
home or temporary place of recovery by a Registered Nurse or
Licensed Practical Nurse experienced in plastic surgery recovery.
The visit will occur within 12-24 hours following surgery. .. when
clients and family members are typically most anxious and have many
questions concerning their recovery.
The HouseCall Visit
We will perform a comprehensive
physical assessment, post-operative care teaching and reinforcement,
medication review, and any other specific care instructions during
our visit. Of course, if the patient needs a pharmacy pick-up,
grocery run or any other errand at the conclusion of their visit, we
will gladly accommodate them. In addition, the nurse who performed
the HouseCall will be available by telephone 24/7 to address any
questions or concerns throughout the remainder of their recovery. A
full report will be faxed to your office upon completion of the
HouseCall for your review and patient records.

How to Take Advantage of the NipTuck Nurses
Housecall
Inform clients during the consultation phase that they will be
visited by a plastic surgery nurse within 24 hours following surgery
for a nominal fee. Then, inform the patient coordinator or surgery
scheduler to download and fax the form below for every patient
scheduled for surgery. Every patient can benefit from a HouseCall!
That’s all…we will handle the rest!
We will inform clients of all their recovery options, including the
option of transportation to and from surgery in lieu of the
HouseCall. There is no pressure and no obligation.
NipTuck Nurses will provide your practice with a select group of
nurses who will perform the HouseCalls. This helps to foster a close
relationship between your practice and the agency. You and your
staff will become familiar with the nurses providing direct care.
